Cathedral Ridge Zinfandel features the grape’s traditional flavors, yet carries a touch more spiciness inherent to their growing region. They ripen the grapes until deep berry richness in flavor is achieved, and then vinify the wine to add subtle notes of spice. After aging in neutral oak barrels for 22 months, their Zinfandel transforms into a delightfully soft wine with a low concentration of tannins.
